What you'll do

• Create presentations, guides, checklists, graphics, scripts, videos, and other learning resources
• translate processes and expertise into practical content
• assist with training video production
• build and maintain courses in the learning management system
• organize and update standard operating procedures
• facilitate virtual and in-person training and onboarding
• coordinate training logistics
• gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve learning materials. Travel to company properties and work late or weekends may be required.
