Assistant Project Manager – Quality Assurance

The Assistant Project Manager – Quality Assurance is an onsite, full-time role in South Bend, IN. Compensation is not specified. The position supports CST Tri-Venture, a sister company of Tri-City Group, on QA/QC, commissioning, and electrical safety programs. The role manages project and commercial activities while partnering with discipline managers responsible for technical execution. It helps projects meet contractual, budget, schedule, quality, and turnover objectives through coordination across field operations and other functions.

What you'll do

• Represent project management for QA, QC, commissioning, and electrical safety activities
• coordinate across PMO, field operations, procurement, accounting, and leadership
• support discipline managers by resolving constraints and commercial issues
• monitor schedule, contractual, commercial, and operational risks
• manage budgets, forecasts, labor productivity, and cost reports
• manage subcontract agreements, vendor commitments, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders
• review specifications and contract documents
• track scope changes, issues, deficiencies, and owner action items
• communicate status and risks
• support turnover documentation and deliverables
• participate in owner, general contractor, and executive meetings
• support root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
