What you'll do

• Provide in-person support for Windows 11 computers, software, printers, peripherals, and other business equipment
• troubleshoot hardware, software, network, authentication, printing, and access issues
• configure and maintain desktop hardware
• manage employee accounts and access through Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and Intune
• assist with password resets, multifactor authentication, email, and shared resources
• maintain IT asset records
• follow cybersecurity and change-management procedures
• assist with patching, deployments, audits, and IT projects
• escalate advanced issues
• participate in an on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours or weekend support.
