What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, access points, parking, and perimeter
• monitor access control, visitor management, alarms, cameras, and related systems
• respond calmly to incidents and service requests
• document observations and actions
• communicate concerns and maintenance issues through established protocols.
