What you'll do

• Work with the Director of Nursing on daily operations

• conduct 30-day follow-up calls
• assist with or receive training to perform 60-day client visits
• provide client information to CHHAs
• support scheduling, documentation, and office coordination
• maintain accurate logs and agency compliance
• provide customer service to clients and families.
