• Handle family-law matters including divorce, custody and parenting plans, child support and alimony, paternity, modifications, enforcement, discovery, and motion practice. Conduct hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• counsel clients and develop case strategy
• and draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
