What you'll do

• Support community activities, appointments, errands, and social opportunities
• teach daily living skills
• assist with personal care and authorized medication reminders
• provide safe transportation
• follow individualized service plans and person-centered goals
• complete service notes and documentation
• and promote independence, dignity, choice, and self-advocacy. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are available.
