Service Coordinator (Onsite)

What you'll do

• Coordinate technical staff schedules and assignments
• serve as a client contact for scheduling and dispatch
• manage engineer calendars in ConnectWise
• review incoming service requests
• monitor ticket activity and updates
• create, update, and route tickets
• track availability and work status
• assist with estimates, quotes, and order processing
• maintain the on-call schedule and assignment roster.
