What you'll do

• Maintain a safe and structured milieu
• provide non-clinical crisis intervention and active listening
• document and report client activity and behavior
• perform or report facility maintenance needs
• complete administrative tasks such as chart reviews, answering phones, greeting guests, copying, and filing
• transport clients to offsite meetings or activities as needed
• facilitate required groups and activities
• participate in supervision, training, and shift change.
