What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations for early childhood and elementary programs
• ensure compliance with licensing and health/safety regulations
• maintain appropriate teacher-student ratios
• supervise, coach, and support faculty and extended-day staff
• conduct classroom observations and provide instructional feedback
• facilitate professional development and staff meetings
• oversee student academic performance
• participate in recruiting and onboarding
• assign staff schedules
• maintain school events calendar
• collaborate with the Head of School to foster a culture of excellence.
