• Set manufacturing engineering strategy

• oversee factory and line design, tooling, work instructions, equipment qualification, and new product introduction
• establish standards and change control
• drive Lean and Six Sigma improvements
• manage metrics, automation, reliability, capital projects, and budgets
• and recruit and develop engineering leaders.
