What you'll do

• Welcome patients into the treatment area
• discuss care plans and answer questions
• capture x-rays, dental photographs, and intraoral scans
• take vital signs as needed and record medical history
• prepare sterilized equipment
• assist the dentist during exams and procedures
• monitor inventory and help order supplies
• follow up on outstanding treatment needs
• schedule appointments
• follow health, safety, and office policies.
