Regional Director of Finance

The Regional Director of Finance role is onsite in Hood River, OR. Compensation is $130,000–$160,000 per year, with a performance-based bonus opportunity. The role is with a privately held, multi-entity organization with a strong hospitality background requirement. The director leads accounting and financial operations across affiliated companies and investment holdings, providing accurate reporting, financial controls, and strategic guidance. The role also oversees the Human Resources function and partners with ownership and executive leadership on operational performance and growth.

What you'll do

• Direct accounting and financial operations across multiple entities
• prepare periodic financial statements and consolidated reports
• analyze performance and lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• monitor cash flow and liquidity
• manage banking relationships and financing requirements
• oversee close processes, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, fixed assets, and treasury functions
• maintain internal controls and regulatory filings
• lead accounting staff
• provide oversight and support for Human Resources leadership
• support strategic planning, acquisitions, and investment analysis.

Why this role

Requires significant hospitality finance experience and 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA designation is preferred.
