Maintenance Manager, First Shift

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance personnel
• develop technical training programs
• plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• maintain facility infrastructure, utilities, material handling systems, and production support equipment
• investigate failures and implement corrective actions
• manage schedules, work orders, contractors, and budgets
• conduct safety inspections and maintain regulatory documentation
• develop reliability and efficiency improvements
• partner with Operations, Safety, and Quality
• use maintenance metrics to guide decisions.
