What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment by machine or hand
• sort and store clean items in designated areas
• keep dish, kitchen, dining, and shared employee areas clean
• follow cleaning chemical and equipment safety practices
• complete assigned opening, service, closing, and periodic side work
• assist with prep tasks when invited and trained.
