What you'll do

• Gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
• design, develop, configure, test, and maintain applications, workflows, modules, integrations, and platform components
• optimize existing applications
• troubleshoot functionality, integration, performance, and data issues
• follow governance and change procedures
• develop secure integrations
• support testing and deployments
• maintain technical documentation
• provide platform support
• and assist with administration, access controls, upgrades, performance tuning, and operational sustainment.
