Senior Content Producer

Job overview

The Senior Content Producer role is hybrid, based in Broomfield, CO; employees within 50 miles of the office work onsite Tuesday through Thursday and may work offsite Monday and Friday. Employees outside commuting distance may work remotely from the listed operating states or British Columbia and Washington, D.C. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year plus an annual bonus. The role supports Vail Resorts’ Creative Services Team and brand marketing. The producer leads photo, video, and other content projects from planning through delivery, coordinating creative teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, approvals, and post-production. This work helps deliver brand-aligned marketing content on time and within budget while supporting the company’s goal of inspiring people to experience the outdoors.

What you'll do

• Lead photo, video, and content productions from concept through delivery
• develop production plans, schedules, budgets, crew assignments, and resource allocations
• oversee pre-production, production, and post-production
• coordinate stakeholders, vendors, approvals, and reviews
• manage budgets, contracts, licensing, and asset delivery
• ensure quality, safety, brand standards, timelines, and legal requirements.
