The Transitional Kindergarten Mandarin Instructional Assistant role is onsite in Emeryville, CA, with compensation of $26–$29 per hour. Working within teacher guidelines, the role reinforces learning, tracks and communicates student progress, and may lead age-appropriate activities in the Extended Care After School Program.

What you'll do

• Instruct individuals, small groups, or classes within certificated teacher guidelines
• may prepare lesson materials and assess progress
• document student progress and provide feedback
• reinforce learning and individualized education plan skills as applicable
• may independently lead age-appropriate Extended Care After School Program activities
• maintain student confidentiality
• collaborate with school personnel, families, and service providers.
