- Prepare title commitment and title insurance policies, and resolve extraordinary title issues;. - Interface directly with purchasers, sellers, lenders and their respective realtors to facilitate transactions, and otherwise manage expectations;. - Prepare ALTA and HUD-1 Settlement Statements, and closing documents, including Deeds. Maryland Title License.
