What you'll do

• Plan and schedule resources and materials for calibration, preventive, and corrective maintenance
• review incoming work requests
• develop backlog reports and work scopes
• coordinate labor, parts, tools, permits, and equipment access
• maintain the master schedule
• manage work through the CMMS
• review field service reports and identify follow-up work
• optimize maintenance plans
• coordinate with laboratory and manufacturing operations, service providers, and suppliers
• prepare purchase requisitions and orders
• create equipment records in the CMMS.
