What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and Assistant Managers. Grow sales through management plans, marketing strategies, and company processes
• maintain store standards and a positive, clean, organized, and safe environment
• coach, evaluate, and hold staff accountable
• recruit, interview, and hire staff
• organize promotions, displays, and events
• work with vendors and manage deliveries
• control labor, supplies, cash, inventory, and expenses
• process incidents and accidents
• and enforce company procedures and applicable state and federal laws for alcohol, tobacco, and lottery sales. Requires at least five years of retail or food experience, including two years in management, a valid driver’s license, and a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
