What you'll do

• Assist the purchasing team with placing orders
• follow up with suppliers on delivery dates and back orders
• track back orders and communicate issues
• maintain supplier pricing in the ERP system and purchasing spreadsheets
• process material receivers, returns, and credits
• coordinate bulk deliveries of rough products
• support requests for quotation and proposal processes to obtain product information, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
