What you'll do
- Ensure the office delivers quality and compassionate care to every patient.
- Assist professional dental staff with treatment regularly.
- Assist the Ortho Manager in optimizing office efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring Patient Flow is running efficiently.
- Assist with the recruiting, hiring, and training of new ortho assistants.
- Uphold the office to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations and company standards.
- Ensure parents are guided through processes before treatment.
- Responsible for the operational readiness of the clinical section.
- Ensure dental equipment is working properly.
- Order dental supplies and manage inventory.
