Carrier Development Representative – January 2027 Start

What you'll do

• Research and develop carrier relationships
• build and maintain carrier profiles
• engage carrier partners primarily by phone, targeting 80 or more dials per day
• learn market conditions affecting rates and capacity
• negotiate freight rates
• coordinate customer freight with carrier equipment
• support motor carriers and resolve issues
• track shipments and address delays
• verify freight charges and bills of lading
• resolve payable discrepancies and monitor bill-of-lading discrepancies.
