• Prepare recurring risk reports and decision-focused briefings
• facilitate risk identification across workstreams
• validate risks with workstream leads
• maintain project- and program-level risk registers
• develop escalation criteria and reporting cadence
• monitor risk exposure and budgets
• conduct and lead quantitative cost and schedule risk assessments, including QCRA and QSRA
• maintain risk plans and processes
• coordinate risk management with project controls and safety teams
• and communicate risk-management knowledge to teams and clients.
