The Home Healthcare Personal Care Attendant role is onsite in Martinsville, IN. Pay is $14–$19 per hour. Lean On Me Indy provides personalized home care intended to help clients live comfortably and independently in their homes. The attendant provides non-skilled daily support, companionship, and household assistance while following care plans. Reporting changes in a client’s condition helps supervisors maintain safe, responsive care.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help prepare meals and care for pets
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• accompany or transport clients to non-medical appointments and errands as needed
• monitor and report changes to supervisors
• follow care plans.
