What you'll do

• follow the afternoon/evening checklist
• coordinate fresh-food truck orders with the Kitchen Director
• keep the station clean and orderly
• consult menu cards for new products
• wash dishes
• assist with restaurant opening tasks
• follow company policies and leadership instructions.
