Program Coordinator — Youth Action Board & Rapid Rehousing is an onsite position in Visalia, CA, paying $24.70–$25.56 per hour. The role supports CSET’s Youth Workforce Development within the Visalia Navigation Center and its program for young adults ages 18–24 and their families. The coordinator develops and manages day-to-day program operations, engaging young adults in leadership while helping eligible participants obtain and maintain stable housing. The role also supports project implementation, documentation, and compliance with program and funding requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and support the Youth Action Board
• recruit and engage members
• organize meetings and leadership opportunities
• provide Rapid Rehousing intake, assessment, enrollment, housing plans, case management, housing navigation, and stabilization support
• connect participants with community resources
• coordinate allowable financial assistance
• monitor project budgets and outcomes
• maintain participant, project, and HMIS records
• assist with reporting and grant compliance.
