What you'll do

• Manage site- and region-level profit and loss statements and monitor performance indicators
• drive productivity, access, revenue-cycle, and expense performance
• manage and mentor Site Leads and Team Leads
• partner with local leaders on hiring, training, and coaching
• implement growth strategies, service lines, and regional initiatives
• champion patient satisfaction and brand consistency
• monitor compliance with company policies, protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations
• lead process improvements in scheduling, staffing, care coordination, and clinic workflows.
