Outreach Representative, Pediatric Home Health

The Outreach Representative role is hybrid, based in Des Moines, IA, with coverage across Iowa and a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Compensation is not specified. Pediatric Home Service supports medically complex children and their families with pediatric home care services. This role builds and maintains relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to increase awareness of PHS services and expand access to care. The representative develops referral opportunities, coordinates outreach with marketing and internal teams, and shares market and referral insights to support growth.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and clinics
• represent PHS at conferences and community events
• collaborate with marketing on outreach strategies, campaigns, and presentations
