What you'll do

• Welcome clients and members
• support client check-in, membership and retail sales, scheduling, and account maintenance
• perform opening, mid-day, and closing duties
• clean and prepare practice spaces and common areas
• address complaints or escalate them through appropriate channels
• promote amenities, products, and events
• educate clients on the Open app.
