Clinical Development Director, Residential

The Clinical Development Director, Residential is an onsite role based in Charlotte, NC, with a salary range of $68,000 to $75,000 per year. This position provides executive-level leadership and strategic oversight for the residential service line, including Supportive Living, Alternative Family Living, and Long-Term Care Support, within the Clinical Department at Covenant Case Management Services. This role exists to ensure the clinical, operational, and financial health of residential services by managing a multidisciplinary team of Qualified Professionals and facilities managers. The Director is responsible for driving agency growth, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and fostering a culture of person-centered support to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes.

What you'll do

• Direct and oversee residential programs including AFL, Supportive Living, and LTCS
• formulate and execute strategic initiatives
• serve as final point of accountability for IPP/Individual Support Plans
• provide supervision and mentorship for Qualified Professionals
• manage departmental budgets and facilities
• integrate LTCS framework
• lead response to audits and critical incidents.
