Compensation is $0 per year. The Right of Way Agent role is onsite in Drumright, OK, supporting day-to-day right-of-way work for a pipeline project. Coates Field Service provides land acquisition and right-of-way services to municipalities, utilities, energy providers, and oil and gas companies nationwide. The agent secures access and property rights needed for pipeline and temporary construction work, while documenting landowner communications and coordinating executed documents. These activities help projects obtain the permissions and property interests needed to proceed.

What you'll do

• Obtain right of entry and survey permission from private landowners
• negotiate and acquire pipeline property rights
• document landowner communications
• respond to stakeholder inquiries about property rights
• investigate and acquire temporary rights of way for construction needs
• submit executed documents for client countersignature, landowner payment, and recording
• serve as a legal witness when necessary
• research property records and interpret maps and right-of-way drawings
• travel regularly.
