What you'll do

• Coordinate technical onboarding and training sessions across Project Management, Commissioning, Finance, Project Controls, Sales, and Safety
• maintain training records and completion documentation
• manage calendars and training resources
• monitor participation and completion
• coordinate certification programs and renewals
• arrange training events and site visits
• coordinate partner onboarding
• maintain an auditable training database
• create compliance reports and dashboards
• collaborate with HR and department managers.
