What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes
• plate and garnish cooked items
• act as liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence
• clean the kitchen and culinary equipment before and after service
• manage inventory and stock rotation, assist with purchasing, and ensure recipe development and compliance
• handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
