What you'll do

• Organize evening paperwork and post the next day’s production schedule
• assist kitchen staff with daily assignments
• monitor product labeling
• support shift-change walkthroughs
• ensure plates meet presentation, quality, and portion standards
• direct the kitchen when chefs are absent
• assist with menu planning, costing, food orders, production sheets, catered functions, and cleaning projects.
