Seasonal Harvest Cellar Worker — Winery Production

The Seasonal Harvest Cellar Worker role is onsite in Caldwell, ID; pay is $17–$19 per hour. The position works with the cellar crew at Precept Wine’s Sawtooth and Ste. Chapelle production facility during harvest, from late August to mid-November. Precept Wine operates vineyards, wineries, and tasting rooms. The worker supports winery production by moving and treating juice and wine, operating cellar equipment, sanitizing tools and tanks, and maintaining an organized work area during the harvest period.

What you'll do

• Move juice and wine between tanks using pumps, hoses, and fittings
• weigh and add ingredients
• sanitize tanks, hoses, pumps, and fittings
• operate pumps, presses, and filters
• maintain a clean and organized work environment
• perform other duties assigned by the winemaker and cellar master.
