What you'll do

• Oversee project execution from initiation to completion
• manage 30–35 concurrent HVAC equipment projects
• coordinate clients, contractors, and suppliers
• manage budgets, timelines, and resources
• report project status
• enter equipment orders and issue purchase orders
• review vendor invoices, issue customer invoices, and reconcile project financials
• align ship dates with contractor schedules
• and generate service work orders.
