The coach provides process and spiritual leadership, advocates for patients through the center’s Focus 15 Step Patient Process, and helps coordinate a smooth flow between patient resources and medical services. The role also follows the advocate script and communicates patient-flow issues to the shift’s Nurse Supervisor.

What you'll do

• Pray with the Advocate and Medical Team concerning patients of the day
• complete the Advocate Training Checklist
• advocate for patients while overseeing the Focus 15 Step Patient Process
• facilitate flow between Patient Resources and Medical Services
• follow the Advocate Script and report process concerns
• communicate patient-flow issues to the Nurse Supervisor
• attend meetings and assist with fundraisers as needed.
