Service Appointment Coordinator

Job overview

The Service Appointment Coordinator works onsite in El Paso, TX. Pay is $14–$16 per hour, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. The role supports Fox Acura’s service team and customer experience. The position exists to coordinate service appointments and communications so customers receive organized, responsive support. It schedules and confirms visits, routes calls, follows up after service, maintains customer records, and assists with service-contract and warranty options and related administrative tasks.

What you'll do

• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments by phone, email, and text
• direct incoming calls
• make after-visit follow-up calls
• update customer records
• offer service contracts and review warranty options when applicable
• process related payments as needed
• prepare daily reports and complete administrative tasks.
