The Duluth base compensation range is $109,000–$147,000 per year. The role supports TKDA’s traffic engineering practice and transportation projects that improve safety and mobility. The position leads traffic engineering project delivery, manages scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and client coordination, and provides technical oversight. It also mentors staff, develops client relationships, supports proposals and business development, and helps grow the traffic engineering practice.

What you'll do

• Lead traffic design and/or operations projects
• oversee plans, specifications, estimates, memoranda, and reports
• provide technical direction and quality oversight
• develop work plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans
• coordinate clients, agencies, subconsultants, and technical teams
• monitor project performance and risks
• mentor staff
• maintain client relationships and support proposals and interviews.
