What you'll do
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
- perform triage and take vital signs
- obtain and document patient histories in the EMR
- collect routine laboratory specimens
- administer medications and non-intravenous injections
- start IVs, place catheters, and perform splinting when necessary
- assist with occupational medicine testing
- maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance
- perform administrative and quality assurance tasks
- travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as required.
