The attorney develops cases toward trial through strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, client communication, and courtroom advocacy. The work supports clients and families seeking accountability and results in elder abuse, neglect, wrongful death, financial exploitation, and related matters.

What you'll do

• Develop case theories and trial narratives
• identify liability, causation, damages, evidentiary, and procedural issues
• plan and conduct discovery, depositions, and evidence development
• research and draft motions and prepare for court appearances
• manage deadlines, risks, and case progress
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with legal and expert teams
• assist with trial preparation and progressively take on hearings, arbitrations, and trial assignments.
