Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on YMCA buildings, mechanical equipment and other property. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:. Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. Replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks; installs window blinds.
