Security Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise security officers, including staffing, training, performance management, and shift assignments for 24/7 facility coverage
• enforce security protocols and regulations
• monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control
• conduct physical security checks
• maintain security equipment, logs, and incident reports
• participate in audits and inspections
• coordinate emergency response and train staff on emergency procedures
• collaborate with facility management and assist with investigations.
