What you'll do
- Support two attorneys on pre-litigation medical malpractice matters
- organize cases, documentation, correspondence, and electronic files
- coordinate medical records
- assist with lien identification, negotiation, and resolution
- communicate with clients, providers, insurers, lienholders, and other parties
- track deadlines and case information
- assist with case preparation and daily case management.
