What you'll do

• Process, enter, verify, and distribute medication orders
• assess medication therapy for efficacy, safety, cost effectiveness, and therapeutic outcomes
• review prescribing for indication, dose, route, frequency, allergies, duplication, and interactions
• analyze medication utilization reports
• perform quality assurance
• participate in pharmacy programs and medication management activities
• support regulatory compliance and cost savings
• collaborate on medication procurement and process improvement.
