Outbound Picking Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise wave release, order pulling, and replenishment
• train, coach, and provide feedback to associates
• maintain picking accuracy and pace
• enforce picking procedures and powered industrial truck safety
• manage scheduling, workload, and shift coverage
• validate picks and resolve errors or system discrepancies
• maintain organized pick areas
• track productivity metrics
• coordinate with put-away, packing, and shipping teams
• report progress and issues to management.
