What you'll do

• Manage approximately 15–20 active requisitions from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition
• partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
• source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, networking, referrals, and other channels
• conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
• build talent pipelines
• coordinate offers and documentation
• maintain candidate and requisition data
• support recruiting operations and reporting
• track recruiting metrics and improve results.
