What you'll do

• Cook and participate in daily food preparation and production
• oversee culinary operations for more than 300 catered events annually
• coordinate daily institutional meal production for facilities in Tucson and Phoenix
• supervise, train, schedule, and support approximately seven culinary employees
• ensure food quality, presentation, portion control, and timely production
• review banquet event orders, menus, and production schedules
• oversee specialty meals and dietary accommodations
• manage inventory, purchasing, food costs, and waste reduction
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
• coordinate with management and event staff.
